International shipping may be available for selected destinations and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been received.
India deliveries and international deliveries are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to MaaChai.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
MaaChai shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, invalid contact numbers, or incomplete recipient information.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the package if possible.
Take photographs of the package and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, public holidays, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
MaaChai shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
In rare cases where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, MaaChai will, at its discretion, dispatch a replacement order or issue a full refund after verification with the logistics provider.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by their country.

MaaChai is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
